Systems Sub-team Lead @ AHPV•R&D Engineer @ Feminora MedTech•Engineering Peer Tutor
— currently @ UCI
Mechanical Engineering student at UC Irvine who likes taking things apart to understand them, then building something better. My work lives at the intersection of reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, and adaptive systems — think rebuilt engines, hackathon traffic lights, and robots that actually drive themselves. Whether you're a recruiter, a fellow engineer, or just curious how a 2JZ gets rebuilt from scratch — hope you enjoy the ride.
What I've built, broken, and fixed — straight from the logbooks.
Reverse-engineered a 64-part Toyota 2JZ engine entirely in SolidWorks from an undimensioned GrabCAD reference model, producing assembly-ready technical drawings over a 4-week sprint.
Programmed autonomous navigation and steering control for a pneumatically-actuated robot, integrating magnetometer and reed-switch sensing with Ackerman steering and 3D-printed structural components.
Designed and 3D-printed six biomimetic, leaf-patterned counter electrodes for Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells, coated via copper-graphite electroplating and analyzed through MATLAB-driven microscopy visualization.
Open to mechanical engineering, hardware, and controls opportunities.
